Immediately on arrival at Jammu, a programme was held at Vidya Mandir School where reception was accorded to His Holiness with traditional Poornakumbh. His Holiness blessed the gathering of devotees with anugraha Bhashan.

VISIT TO VAISHNODEVI MANDIR

During His stay in Jammu, His Holiness visited various temples, starting with the Vaishnodevi Mandir. With the Blessings of Their Holiness, Sri Kanchi Kamakoti Peetam had arranged for a Viswa Shanti Yagna at Vaishnodevi. The Yagna commenced in the benign presence of His Holiness. The Yagna was supported by the Mata Vaishno Devi Shrine Board and sponsored by the Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams.
