Shrimatam Camp at Tirukkottikaval-14 & 15 Dec. 2018
14th Dec. - Shrimatam camp in Tirukotikaval was at the Patashala. After Nitya Chandramouleeswara Puja in the moring, Darshan to devotees, Puja & evening Friday Puja were held at the Pathashala in Tirukotikaval. Many devotees belonging to the village and adjoining villages took part in the Bhikshavandanam and Pada Puja Kainkaryams on that day.
On the 15th Dec. - After Trikala Puja, His Holiness visited Tripurasundari Sametha Tirukoteeshwara Swamy temple. The temple has special sannadhis for Bala Shaneeshwara( The deity has a small shiva lingam on its Shiras), Yama Dharma Raja and Chitaguptaswami. His Holiness gave Anugraha Bhashanam at the temple prakaram outlining the religious importance of Dhanurmasa. His Holiness then visited the Kavery Banks. The Kavery river in Tirukkotikaval is Uttaravahini. Later, the camp left for Pondicherry.
