Jayanthi Celebrations at KALAVAI- 24 May 2005

The 68th Pontiff of Sri Kanchi Kamakoti Peetam, Sri Chandrasekarendra Saraswathi Mahaswamiji, born in 1894 in Villupuram, took Sanyasa at the age of 13 in KALAVAI TOWN. The 112th Jayanthi(Birth Anniversary) Celebrations of His Holiness will be held at Kalavai Sri Sankara Matam in the divine presence of Pujyasri Jayendra Saraswathi Sankaracharya Swamiji and PUjyasri Sankara Vijayendra Saraswathi Sankaracharya Swamiji on 24 May 2005. Several Village Bhajan Groups will participate and Bhajanajali Procession will be held in Kalavai Village. Devotees are invited to participate in the celebrations and receive Acharya's Blessings.
