With the benign blessings of Pujyashri Kanchi Shankaracharyas, 2535th Shankara Jayanti Mahotsav was celebrated in Manipur. Various vishesha havans were performed between 15th April 2026 and 21st April 2026. On Sankara Jayanti Day, close to 60 Manipuri local vaidiks were felicitated and the book 'Sri Shankara Stotra Mani Mala' was released. His Holiness Pujyashri Shankara Vijayendra Saraswati Shankaracharya Mahaswamiji (70th Peetadhipathi of Sri Kanchi Kamakoti Peetam) graced the occasion with an Anugraha Bhashanam through video conference.
