Visit to YadagiriGutta Temple , 22/5/2026 Pujyashri Shankara Vijayendra Saraswathi #Shankaracharya Swamiji visited the sacred Yadagirigutta temple. His Holiness was accorded a traditional welcome with Poornakumbham through the East Raja Gopuram and was ceremonially accompanied into the temple amidst the chanting of #Veda mantras. After darshan of Sri Gandabherunda Narasimha Swamy, His Holiness performed pradakshina around the Dwajasthambam and proceeded towards the main sanctum. Upon entering the garbhagruha, His Holiness was offered the Sesha Vastram of Sri Lakshmi Narasimha Swamy and was seated before the Lord while the temple priests explained the significance of the four Narasimha Swamy murtis and then performed Ashtottara Shatanama Archana, The divine atmosphere was further enriched by the chanting of Jagadguru Adi Shankaracharya's Sri Lakshmi Narasimha Karavalamba Stotram and #Nrisimha Panchamruta Stotram. following which His Holiness received Teertham, Satari, and Swami Prasadam. After the darshan of Sri Lakshmi Narasimha Swamy, #temple honours were presented to Pujya Swamiji, followed by darshan of the Utsava Murthy. Thereafter, His Holiness visited the shrine of the Kshetrapalaka, Sri Parvatha Vardhini Devi Sametha Sri Ramalingeshwara Swamy , located within the temple premises. Following the puja to the Lingam, His Holiness graciously presided over a Veda Sadas and delivered an Anugraha Bhashanam, wherein His Holiness narrated several Pauranic incidents and emphasized the importance of preserving and propagating Shastric knowledge and traditional studies, especially in the present times.
