75th Avatara Mahotsav Celebrations - Veda Saptaham to be held in Mylapore, Chennai 11 - 17 July 2010

As part of the celebrations of the 75th Avatara Mahotsav of His Holiness Pujyasri Jayendra Saraswathi Sankaracharya Swamiji , a Veda Saptaha Parayana Pravachana Yagnam was organized in Mylapore, Chennai from 11th to 17th July 2010 at "Sri Nivas", 9/36, Luz Avenue 4th Street, Myalpore, Chennai - 600004(Tel 044-24994232/9840056148).

Veda parayanam was performed from 7.30 am every day from 11th to 17th July. The Veda Bhashya Pravachans were rendered by Veda Bhasya Ratnam Mullaivasal BrahmaSri Dr. R. Krishnamurthi Sastrigal every day from 8.45 to 10.30 am, 5 to 6 pm and 6.30 to 8.30 pm..

On the 17th July 2010 (1st day of the Aadi Month), His Holiness Pujyasri Jayendra Saraswathi Sankaracharya Swamiji blessed the event with his divine presence at around 10.45 am.
