Veda Sammelan held at Velachery, Chennai - 24 to 26 June 2010

With the blessings of the almighty and the divine grace of Their Holinesses Pujyasri Jayendra Saraswathi Sankaracharya Swamiji and Sankara Vijayendra Saraswathi Sankaracharya Swamiji, VEDA SAMMELAN was conducted by Veda Dharma Sastra Paripalana Sabha, Kumbakonam, at the residence of Sri. C.H. Swaminathan, New No.7, Old No.2, 3rd Cross, Vijay nagar, Velachery, Chennai-42, from 24 to 26 June 2010.

Sri Veda Vyasa Puja. Rig, Yajur and Sama Veda Parayanam were performed in the morning and evening on each day. Discourses were given in the evening from 7 pm to 8.30 pm every evening by eminent scholars.

On the concluding day, Aavahanti Homam wa performed for Loka Kshema.
